They do not receive many orders from their owners because it seems that they know how to behave when they get on the tram or the subway.
It's fun to see how they observe the people and ,if you look them, most likely,they will pretend they don't see you, with that funny eyebrow movement that dogs do.
It would be very interesting to have a conversation with them.

Los perros en Berlín tienen algo especial, son bastante relajados (como la ciudad) y, a menudo, van sueltos.
No reciben constantemente órdenes de sus dueños porque parece que saben como hay que comportarse cuando suben al tranvía o al metro. Es divertido verles cómo observan a la gente que va sentada en el vagón y si les miras, lo más probable es que disimulen con ese movimiento de cejas que hacen.
Creo que sería muy interesante mantener una conversación con ellos.
