This year the Opera prima Award was for Kevin Waldron and his book "Mr Peek and the Misunderstanding at the Zoo".I enjoyed very much the story and the illustrations.
The Fiction Honorable mention was for Hyewon Yum:
And there was another mention for Dan Yaccarino on his book "Every Friday".

Vaya... ayer tuve que ir al médico y había un cartel de una madre con su hija... y dije que pena que no pongan quien ha ilustrado el cartel... pero mirando, finalmente en la esquina superior derecha se podía leer... Natascha S. Rosemberg... Y nada más verlo dije "mmaammma yo la conozco" y me quedé tan feliz...
