This is the Malmö's Library, the kids floor.
I was spending some time there. Resting and enjoying books.

They have illustrations (prints) signed by the authors.
I forget the name of this one. Sorry but I loved the image so much! (sorry for the crapy pic).

I found this book illustrated by Giselle Potter. I can't understand the story but I was happy looking at the illustrations.

And Emma Adbage's book. Lovely.

Esta es la planta de literatura infantil en la Biblioteca de Malmö (bueno una parte muy pequeña). Allí pude descansar mientras disfrutaba de algunos libros.
Tienen colgadas en las paredes reproducciones de ilustraciones firmadas por los autores.
He olvidado el nombre de el autor de la ilustracion y el libro me gustó mucho! ( perdonad la foto tan mala que me ha salido y que no deja apreciar la ilustración!).
Entre otros encontré este libro ilustrado por Giselle Potter. No pude entender la historia pero me bastaba con disfrutar de las ilustraciones.
Y el bonito libro de Emma Adbage.

Little details are the best part of a travel: golden coins with funny faces, old dollhouses, birds with red shoes, biiiiiig "illustrations"...

Copenhague III

This Bridge, the Oresund Bridge, connects Danish capital of Copenhagen and the Swedish city of Malmö. I took a train and went to Malmö.



I saw the Turning Torso by spanish architect Santiago Calatrava.

The beautiful Slottsparken.

The amazing public Library by architect Henning Larsen. This place was one of my favourites spots (well, I love beautiful lybraries).

And St. Peter's Church.

Este puente, el Oresund, une la capital de Dinamarca, Copenhagen y la ciudad sueca de Malmö. Así que me cogí un tren y me fui a Malmö (se dice que es una de las ciudades más bonitas de Suecia).
Allí pasee y vi el Turning Torso del arquitecto español Santiago Calatrava.
El precioso Slottsparken.
La increíble biblioteca públicadel arquitecto Henning Larsen. Este lugar ha sido uno de mis sitios favoritos (bueno a mi me encantan las bibliotecas bonitas así que era fácil).
Y la Iglesia de St. Peters.

Copenhague II

I was in the Tivoli Gardens, a very old amusement park (1843). You can read more about here.
It was very funny to hear people screaming and laughing.
There was a Big Band concert. I love it!
At night I went to see the new Lukas Moodysson´s movie: Mammoth. I recomend it!

Estuve el los jardines del Tivoli, una especie de parque de atracciones, el más antiguo de Europa parece ser (1843). Para más información aquí. Fué divertido oir a la gente gritar y reirse.
Además había un concierto de una Big Band, que me encanta!
Por la noche fui a ver la nueva pelicula de Lukas Moodysson: Mammoth. Os la recomiendo! Me gustó mucho.

Copenhague I

The best to start the day.... Konditori La Glace is the oldest and probably best confectionary in Denmark. La Glace was founded in 1870.

La mejor forma de empezar el dia.... Konditori La Glace es la más antigua y probablemente la mejor pastelería de Dinamarca. Fundada en 1870.

Estos días he estado fuera , de viaje. Hace meses compré un vuelo superbarato para ver una ciudad que me apetecía mucho hace años. Me fui sola a descubrir esa ciudad y otra que no estaba en mis planes.
Podéis adivinar donde fui? La amable señora del billete es Karen Blixen..... (por cierto, que billetes tan bonitos tienen!).
